FT5754M

FT5754M is a silicon NPN Darlington transistor array manufactured by Fujitsu (and also supplied by Fuji Electric). It is primarily used for high-current applications such as motor drives and solenoid control.

The FT5754M consists of a 4-element Darlington array in a 12-pin Single In-line Package (SIP).

• Power Dissipation: 5W (total for 4-element operation at 25°C).
• DC Current Gain (hFE): Typically ranges from 2,000 to 16,000 at 1.5A.
• Built-in Diode: Features a fast-recovery diode to absorb fly-back voltage during switching.
• Applications: Solenoid drives, motor drives, amplifiers, and printer head or hammer drives.
