DG200ACJ - CMOS ANALOG SWITCH

DG200ACJ is a monolithic dual SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) CMOS analog switch. It is designed for high-performance switching of analog signals and is configured as Normally Closed (NC).

Technical Specifications

The DG200ACJ features the following electrical and thermal characteristics:

• Switch Configuration: Dual SPST, Normally Closed (NC).
• Supply Voltage: Dual supply range of ±4.5V to ±18V; some versions support a maximum supply range of up to 44V.
• On-State Resistance ( Ron): Maximum of 80 Ω (typical values around 45 Ω are also reported by Siliconix).
• Switching Speed: Maximum turn-on time ( Ton) of 1000 ns and maximum turn-off time ( Toff) of 500 ns.
• Leakage Current: Low maximum leakage current of 2 nA when off.
• Operating Temperature: Standard commercial range of 0°C to 70°C.
• Package Type: 14-pin Plastic Dual In-line Package (PDIP-14).
