BUX42 - NPN 300V 12A

BUX42 is a silicon NPN power transistor in a TO-3 metal package, designed for high-power switching and linear applications in industrial and military equipment. It is rated for a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of up to 300V and a continuous collector current (IC) of 12A.
